Um pouco calórica, mas fica muito bom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 gr de talharim&lt;br /&gt;3 copos de leite&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sopa bem cheias de maizena&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;1 colher bem cheia de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;farinha de rosca&lt;br /&gt;óleo&lt;br /&gt;sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cozinhe  e escorra  o macarrão ao dente, reserve. A parte leve ao fogo, o leite com maizena, manteiga, queijo, os ovos e o sal. Não pare de mexer, até engrossar o creme, junte então o macarrão já cozido. Misture tudo e despeje em pirex ou forma rasa retangular ou quadrada. Colocar esse creme em uma vasilha grande, e adicionar a farinha. Amassar bem, deixar crescer por 1 hora. Abrir a massa e fazer os pães,  deixar até dobrar de tamanho. Bata as claras em neve. Faça um creme com o leite, a manteiga, as gemas e a maizena, mexendo sempre até engrossar. Misture o creme com os pedaços da couve flor, acrescente as claras batidas em neve com metade do queijo ralado, misturando bem. Despeje o creme em uma vasilha e polvilhe com o restante do queijo ralado. Deixa esfriar um pouco, coloca o creme de leite e misture bem. Bata 3 claras em neve. Untar uma forma e despejar metade da massa, colocar o recheio e depois a outra metade. Cobrir a massa com a outra metade do queijo ralado.
